Cancellation policy, payment, check-in & check-out and prepayment

Cancellation Policy

Any reservation cancelled 48 hours before the arrival date will be fully refunded.

In case of cancellation between 24h and 48h before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing to: contact@edenlodgesspa.com

Payment Conditions

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • Cash (MAD — Moroccan Dirham)
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)

A 30% prepayment of the total amount may be required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival or before the agreed date.

All prices are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) inclusive of taxes.

Prepayment

To guarantee your reservation, a prepayment may be required depending on the establishment's policy and the season.

Prepayment is made by bank transfer or credit card within 48 hours of the reservation confirmation.

If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

A payment receipt will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the prepayment.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested subject to availability (additional charge possible).

Check-out: before 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be granted subject to availability (additional charge possible).

In case of late arrival after 8:00 PM, please notify us in advance so that we can arrange your welcome in the best conditions.

A valid identity document is required upon arrival for each traveler.

Liability

Eden Lodges & Spa declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

A safe is available in each room for the security of your valuables.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse access to any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
